2Rods are cut to size, hand-bent into scrollwork, then welded and fitted so the swing hangs straight and balanced.
3Every piece is buffed on polishing wheels in stages, from coarse to fine compound, until the frame, seat and balls reflect like a mirror.
4The polished surface is smooth and non-porous, so water and moisture simply run off. Each swing is inspected, cleaned and packed safely.
